Terms of Service
Last updated 27 August 2026. An attorney has not yet blessed this page — treat it as the product’s honest description, not legal advice.
These terms govern use of Flywheel at use-flywheel.com, including the public API and subscriber dashboard.
The product
Flywheel texts new leads, qualifies them, books time, and asks for public reviews or first-party quotes you already have. You are responsible for the content of your templates, the people you message, and compliance with SMS and advertising law in your jurisdiction.
Your account
You must provide accurate account details. API keys are secrets. You are responsible for actions taken with your keys. We may pause an account that is abused or that we cannot deliver for.
Messaging
You represent that recipients have consented to SMS where the law requires it. We enforce quiet hours and STOP. We do not guarantee delivery.
Reviews and testimonials
Public-review asks use the same write-a-review link for everyone eligible. You may not use Flywheel to gate, incentivize, or sentiment-route those asks. First-party testimonials require YES before they appear on a site. Do not invent quotes.
Google Places (opt-in)
Saving a Place ID opts you into a live dashboard read of Google reviews. We store only the Place ID. Display follows Google’s attribution rules. That use is also subject to Google’s Maps/Places terms. We do not offer Business Profile management or replies on Google.
API
The published OpenAPI document is the contract. Breaking changes are versioned. Webhooks are signed; verify the signature before acting.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost leads, missed bookings, or carrier filtering beyond what the law requires us not to disclaim.
