Pricing
Flywheel does not have published pricing yet. We could have put three tidy tiers here with invented numbers on them, but you would find out they were fiction the first time you asked — so instead, here is precisely where it stands.
Not yet set
No price, no tiers, no trial length.
The pricing model itself is undecided — not just the numbers. Per account, per conversation, per qualified lead, and per outcome are all still live options, and they imply very different products.
What is already decided
Some things are settled regardless of what the number turns out to be, and they are commitments rather than intentions:
-
You can create an account and use the API before any pricing exists.
Signup is a public, unauthenticated endpoint today. It is not gated behind a card, a call, or an approval.
-
Your data is readable in full, through the API, at any time.
Contacts, conversations, message history, templates and flows. There is no export request to file and nothing held back.
-
No lock-in mechanics.
Your phone number, your customers, your review profile, your copy. Nothing about leaving is designed to be difficult.
-
Compliance features are not a paid tier.
Quiet hours, opt-out handling, the consent audit trail, and guardian-based routing for minors are how the product works, not an upgrade.
What isn't in the product yet
Relevant to pricing because you should not pay for a roadmap. Today Flywheel answers, qualifies, and holds the conversation. Booking, reminders, attendance and review requests are specified and being built, and there are no endpoints for them yet.
In the meantime
You can build against the API right now and decide later whether the price works. That is the whole point of signup being an open endpoint.
